FIA President Jean Todt has highlighted the fact that any team is entitled to skip three Grands Prix during a season, as rumours continue surrounding the futures of debutants Campos and US F1. The Frenchman also notes that, with Stefan GP waiting in the wings, a new team would not be granted entry automatically in the event of another leaving the sport.
